Nicolas Aubin’s approach to real estate was, interestingly enough, developed during his six-year stint in the French Special Forces. The Cadet Honor Code that he still follows to this day encompasses discipline, loyalty, honesty and integrity, as well as carrying any mission to the end with determination and initiative. That’s the spirit that he brings to BHS.
In addition to purchasing several investment properties where he was stationed in the south of France, Nicolas undertook the renovations for each property himself. He also travelled significantly across Europe and Africa, which helped him build a strong international network and learn about the demands of investors, buyers, and sellers in different markets.
Nicolas currently lives in Midtown with his wife and Shi Tzu, Bella, whom everyone on the block knows by name. He has a pied-a-terre in South Beach and an investment property in Hoboken, which he upgraded to create nicer living conditions for his tenants. He also helps manage the property, organizing regular maintenance and repairs as well as capital improvement projects.
In his free time, Nicolas loves to work out with his wife, read autobiographies, and attend Broadway and opera performances. He cares deeply about his tenants and clients, and he is always eager to share his knowledge of the market to help those in the buying or selling process and he considers helping a client sell or purchase a home to be a great privilege- and approaches this work with his heart- and dedication to impeccable client service.
Nico is a proud member of the Mike Lubin team - ranked number Five out of all Brown Harris Stevens for 2021.
