TESTIMONIALS
“We can say firsthand that in hiring Susan and Meryl, you are not merely engaging top brokers, but advocates as well. They are client-centered and work tirelessly to cut the best deals whether they represent the buyer or the seller. They are smart, patient, and simply a pleasure to work with. We honestly cannot recommend them enough.” – Eric G.“Both Meryl and Susan have a strong commitment to excellence and integrity. They will approach your project with enthusiasm and initiative, focusing on your individual needs and concerns and exceed your expectations.” – Tricia K.“Susan Burris and Meryl Jacobs have exclusively represented us in the purchase and/or sale of eight apartments. They are skilled negotiators who often exceeded our expectations on price and terms. They most recently sold a high-end property at an above market price to a very demanding buyer. I strongly believe that the deal would have never closed, but for the persistent and diligent efforts of this team.” – Melissa B.“As a real estate attorney, I am frequently asked for broker referrals and Meryl Jacobs and Susan Burris are at the top of my list…Meryl and Susan have spent countless hours (in a couple of cases many months) identifying and working with various vendors in order to get a property ready to market. They provide great attention to detail, identify and make specific recommendations, and find vendors to execute the work. Their hard work gets great results. The last apartment they sold for one of my clients closed at the highest price per square foot ever achieved in the building.” – Saree P.“Prior to working with Susan and Meryl we had been with a different broker and were unhappy with the quality of support we were getting…Meryl and Susan were thorough, consistent, articulate, and avoided hyperbole or over-promising. More amazingly, through their contacts they invited the NY Times Real Estate section to visit our apartment as an example of an UES apartment for their weekend edition.
They were always accessible and responded quickly. And they believed in the apartment. This was critical: if someone is going to be my representative I want them to have the conviction of their beliefs…I know what good looks like in delivering advisory services. With this as the benchmark, I strongly recommend Susan and Meryl as outstanding professionals in their space.” – Manuel de M.Press Mentions
