Growing up, Meagan would frequently spend hours drawing detailed floor plans and sketching ideas for homes. In part, this was fueled by her parents’ careers as realtors and tagging along to see homes. Her imaginative sketching was also enhanced by playing dollhouse, a game that helped Meagan develop a strong sense of spatial awareness.
Meagan graduated from New York University with a major in art history and communications. During her time as a student, she was able to apply her interest in art, from visiting galleries in Tribeca and Chelsea to museums uptown. Meagan also studied abroad for two semesters in Madrid and Buenos Aires, furthering her global sensibility and exploratory nature.
A move to the Upper East Side was prompted by beginning work at Loro Piana. During her time with the company, she walked to work, passing through either Central Park or taking quieter streets where she could get a sense of the people and architecture around her. Working in the PR department frequently took her out of the office to visit media partners or collaborate on an event. Her tenure at the Fifth Avenue office gave Meagan the opportunity to see more of the city and develop an understanding of the various neighborhoods and their vibrant traits.
In her free time, Meagan enjoys playing tennis, spending time on the water, and hosting dinner parties for friends and family. Her love for cooking makes her appreciation of a great kitchen paramount! Meagan speaks French and Italian.
Meagan’s enthusiasm and authenticity, as well as an understanding of discretion, are key traits that her clients can rely on throughout the transaction. She brings the same joy to her work that she once brought to the childhood games which laid the groundwork for her career.
