Prior to Lynn’s career in real estate, she spent ten years in documentary film production. As Business Manager at Maysles Films, Inc., Lynn oversaw the myriad aspects of a thriving and multi-faceted documentary house. She attributes much of her negotiation expertise to her years of unique experience at this award-winning company.
A lifelong New Yorker, Lynn grew up on the East Side before resettling in the West Village. She now resides with her family on Riverside Drive. Having first-hand experience of life in Manhattan from East to West and North to South is an invaluable advantage that Lynn brings to her clients.
In addition to her business skills and market savvy, Lynn also brings a wealth of design knowledge to her clients to help them stage and show their property to its best advantage. Lynn insists, “Never has staging been more critical. If you can’t excite potential buyers with great on-line pictures, your property will not get the attention it deserves.” If your home should require a few tweaks or a thorough make-over, Lynn will suggest an appropriate staging plan to insure optimum results. Having gone through multiple NYC renovations and a “down to the rafters” rebuild of her home in the Springs section of East Hampton, Lynn is well-equipped to guide her clients through this complicated process.
When not with her clients or her students, you will most likely find Lynn at the movies, in the yoga studio or wrestling with a crossword puzzle. Lynn earned a BA from Columbia University in 1980 and has completed extensive coursework at the New York School of Interior Design.
