A graduate of the esteemed North Carolina School of the Arts with a BFA degree, Laura came to real estate from the challenging world of acting, which took her from Broadway to television, and from New York to Los Angeles and back. Her intense focus, discipline, and energy enable her to excel in high-pressure environments and facilitated a seamless transition into the residential sales arena.
When beginning her real estate career, Laura partnered with a top group of Manhattan brokers at Brown Harris Stevens, gaining invaluable insight. She was also integral in the ground-up marketing and sales of tremendously successful high-end projects such as 44 Mercer and 33 Vestry. Laura continued to broaden her horizons by working for a well-known developer managing projects from inception. She learned the ins and outs of construction and new development. Laura returned to residential real estate as an independent sales agent selling and renting luxury properties throughout Manhattan to a diverse clientele in fields ranging from business to the arts. With her keen eye for value and design, Laura is extremely effective at visualizing the possibilities of space. She is also a pleasure to work with thanks to an easygoing personality and humorous touch that lightens up what can often be a very stressful process.
A North Carolina native, Laura bought her first apartment in New York at age 24. She understands the excitement of home ownership and that every real estate purchase is an important investment.
