As a broker, he represents residential sellers in Manhattan, Westchester, and the Bronx, and also represents buyers, renters, and clients engaged in commercial real estate transactions.
Kevin is experienced in facilitating and closing real estate sales that require construction services or ancillary legal proceedings. He is on the List maintained by the NYS Office of Court Administration pursuant to Part 36 of the Rules for Chief Judge for appointment of Real Estate Brokers in judicially supervised sales, including receiverships, Surrogate’s Court proceedings, Divorce actions, and Guardianship proceedings.
As an attorney, he has also provided consulting and “Of Counsel” services to attorneys involved in sales related legal proceedings, such as Surrogate’s Court proceedings, and Guardianship proceedings pursuant to Article 81 of the NY Mental Hygiene Law and Article 17 of the NY Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law. He has previously served as a court appointed attorney in the capacities of Referee and Receiver, and as Court Evaluator in Guardianship proceedings.
He is New York City born and raised, grew up in the Bronx, and lived on Manhattan’s Upper East Side before living in Stuyvesant Town, with his wife, Kerri, and then raising their two sons in Westchester County where both graduated from Chappaqua’s Horace Greeley High School. Kerri is an educator at Sacred Heart Greenwich in Connecticut.
Kevin is a graduate of Fordham Prep, Iona College, and Fordham Law School. He served as an elected member of Community School Board 8 in the Bronx, plays the bagpipes, and has served as Pipe Major with the Kerry Pipers and the Iona College Pipe Band. His mother was Mary Holt Moore, an educator who was honored as Grand Marshal by the NYC St. Patrick’s Day Parade. His father was Thomas A. Moore, a Deputy Chief with the New York City Fire Department and a graduate of Regis High School. His oldest son, Christian, graduated from UPenn’s Wharton School of Business, and his second son, Patrick, is in his final year at Muhlenberg College.
