Kevin’s journey in real estate began in 2007 when he joined Brown Harris Stevens, providing IT support to agents and gaining firsthand insight into their daily operations. Through this role, he developed a deep understanding of the tools and resources that agents rely on, as well as the fast-paced, client-driven nature of the industry.
In 2019, after over a decade of working alongside and being inspired by agents, Kevin took the next step in his career by earning his real estate license. With this new expertise, he became even more involved in the brokerage process, assisting agents with everything from board packages and open houses to property showings and transaction coordination. His ability to streamline operations and support agents in achieving success cemented his reputation as an invaluable asset to the firm.
After 17 years of working alongside top brokers and gaining unparalleled industry knowledge, Kevin stepped into the role of Chief Operating Officer of the Anna Kahn Team in 2025. His decision to take on this leadership position was driven by his deep respect for Anna Kahn, whose expertise, integrity, and dedication to her clients have placed her among the top 1% of real estate agents in New York City. Since obtaining her broker’s license in 1996, Anna has built an outstanding reputation, earning industry recognition for her sharp negotiation skills, market expertise, and unwavering client commitment. Her ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to shifting circumstances makes her vital to the team’s success—qualities that Kevin both admires and strives to uphold as he leads the team into its next chapter.
Originally from Queens and raised in New Jersey, Kevin now calls Manhattan’s Upper East Side home. He enjoys spending his free time walking in Central Park with his dog, Domino, and his wife, Sara, exploring both new and classic New York restaurants. His deep-rooted connection to the city, combined with his extensive experience supporting and working alongside agents, uniquely positions him to drive the continued success of the Anna Kahn Team.
