Karen began her career at the Greater Rochester Association of REALTORS, rising in the ranks to eventually become CEO. She transitioned to a large regional brokerage, where she served in various capacities and oversaw many of the company's operational departments, including Marketing, Relocation, Leads Management, Training/Career Development, Compliance, and Legal & Consumer Affairs. She retained her senior leadership position through the brokerage’s acquisition, managing the integration of personnel and systems before leading a companywide rebrand across upstate New York.
Adding to her impressive scope of experience, Karen joined another national in 2020, providing consultative services to franchise owners throughout the U.S. She worked tirelessly to improve operational efficiencies, recruiting/retention, increasing agent productivity and other topics related to successfully operating—and growing —a real estate company.
