Early in his career, Josh advanced from leasing walk-up studios in SoHo, working for an exclusive sales and marketing firm, to selling multimillion-dollar condominiums in numerous ground-up development projects.
Josh was hand-picked to work for two of the most prolific New York City developers to focus on value creation, leasing, and the financial health and operation of over 7,500 combined residential units and 350,000 square feet of commercial and community facility space. Broadening his experience Josh also project managed the construction of ultra-luxury waterfront homes in Miami Beach and the Hamptons.
In college, Josh was a member of the St. John's University baseball team, while today he uses his knowledge of the game to coach his daughter Sophie's softball team.
Josh's expertise, work ethic and concentration on successful deals and data is the foundation of a network of leaders of industry, professional sports, and entertainment, and he is exhilarated to join the Brown Harris Stevens executive sales team.
