My background is finance. I have a BA in Economics and an MBA in Investments. I’ve worked on Wall Street and have had a very successful career as an independent pension consultant and financial planner. I understand personal finance and taxes and know how to make money work for you, rather than you for it.I’ve lived in Brooklyn (Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope and DUMBO) for over 30 years, and during that time have been involved in various aspects of real estate investment and management for myself - and many others. Every deal I’ve done has involved leverage and tax strategies, including 1031 "like kind exchanges". I can bring this broad range of knowledge and experience to serve the varied needs of residential buyers and sellers, as well as real estate investors. I consider myself a facilitator. I know how to make a deal happen. I believe in honesty, trust and integrity and enjoy the challenge of negotiation and completion of the deal.
Currently, my wife and I own a Condominium in DUMBO and a house in Bridgehampton—both exciting markets that have seen incredible growth in the past 5 years. I will continue to be active in both of these markets.
