Holly, a Florida resident since 1978, has called Palm Beach County her home for the last 25 years. Having lived in the area and raised a family here, Holly is intimately familiar with the neighborhoods, schools, clubs, and charities in the Palm Beaches. She has bought, sold, renovated, leased, and managed multiple properties in the South of Southern (“SoSo”) neighborhood of West Palm Beach and lives there herself. She is a lover of Palm Beaches’ Mediterranean architecture and has renovated her own home as well as investment properties in the style of Addison Mizner and Maurice Fatio. She has travelled extensively in the Middle East and is enamored of Moorish architecture, design, and decor.
In addition to her vast knowledge of the local community, Holly is a licensed attorney who received her Juris Doctor of Law from the University of Florida and has been practicing in Florida since 1988. She was a commerciallitigator at Steel Hector and Davis in Miami, Florida for years and is well versed in contractual negotiations, their interpretation and execution. Her litigation and negotiation skills were further honed at the State Attorney’s Office in Miami, Florida where she was a prosecutor in the felony division for several years. Most recently, Holly worked as an immigration attorney at The Legal Aid Society of Palm Beach County. Inc., where she received numerous awards including The Immigration Law Award in 2016, The Florida Bar President’s Service Award for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in 2017, and a Special Commendation from the Florida Supreme Court for pro bono work performed in 2018 and 2019. Immigration work was a natural extension of her skills since she is fluent in Spanish and lived in Spain as part of her undergraduate studies.
Holly’s legal background coupled with her knowledge of the community and the local real estate market makes her a natural choice for clients looking to relocate to this area. She is deeply invested in this community and has been a past board member of the YWCA and has chaired events for both the YWCA and 211 of the Palm Beaches. When not spending time with her two adult children, Holly can be found with her menagerie of dogs and cats at her home in SoSo. Holly has a great love of animals and works tirelessly to improve the plight of homeless and abused animals in South Florida.
