Her combined talents –helping buyers identify and evaluate the best property for their needs and advising buyers and sellers of key intricacies of current market conditions effecting property value - have earned her loyal clients and the respect of colleagues.
Her international roots, love of travel and discovering new places and people around the world has led her to one of her specialties, helping international clients purchase investment property in New York City.
Born and raised in New York City, Gina went on to attend New School University. Her professional life took her throughout New York City, including the Upper East Side, where both of her children attended P.S. 6, and where she was instrumental in creating the first Eco-roof and green house classroom, working on the project for five years from its inception to its completion. She brings the same proactive attitude to real estate, helping each client solve problems and difficulties on the way to achieving success and satisfaction.
In addition, a prosperous entrepreneur, Gina is the founding partner of a craft beer bar called Taproom 307 on Third Avenue that is well known for its welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service and has the distinction of being named Time Out’s Best Craft Beer Bar in New York City.
She enjoys spending most of her time in New York, where she lives with her two children. The family spends a good part of each summer on the Emerald Isle.
