Felipe currently resides on the Upper East Side, and has lived in various other New York City neighborhoods, drawn to the history and charm of each. He has formerly resided in Caroll Gardens, Greenwich Village, Nolita, and TriBeCa. A people person, he enjoys being a part of his community and having strong relationships with many of his neighbors. Felipe is also a dog person and owner of a Pomeranian Schipperke mix named Osito, Spanish for “Little Bear”.
The Peachtree City, Georgia native graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and then worked in government consulting. Felipe is also a cofounder of the skincare company, Ash & Ez.
He is an appreciator of all cultures and speaks Spanish, English, and a bit of French. In his free time, his favorite activities include riding horses and traveling at every opportunity, frequently between New York City, Miami, and Colombia.
