She enjoys working with her customers and seeing their satisfaction at the end of the deal.
Whether a customer wishes to purchase or sell their home, Beth works directly with them to build a relationship to understand their needs and make sure those needs are met through the entire transaction process. She enjoys working with her buyers to find them their new home. She handles the sale of apartments with professionalism and has the ability to bring transactions to a smooth and successful conclusion. It is her knowledge and skills developed over years, and her dedication to the needs of her customers, that make her a good broker. She likes to stay in touch with her clients, even after transactions are completed, to keep them up-to-date on the market and to provide assistance with any future needs.
Prior to selling real estate, as a former Vice President at a major New York Bank, Beth financed the construction of residential condominiums in the city as well as numerous conversions of rental buildings to cooperative or condominium ownership. In this position, she was responsible for building strong client relationships. It was her expertise in market valuation, negotiating and interpersonal skills, and attention to detail which enabled her to provide the best possible service to her customers.
In addition, Beth has provided consulting services for companies in the real estate industry. She also has a background in computers and uses current technology and media as a tool for her clients who are purchasing or selling an apartment.
Beth is a Graduate of Georgian Court College and received a Masters in Business Administration from New York University. She is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
“I had been looking for an apartment for several months without finding one that suited me. Then, I called on Beth. I knew her to be a knowledgeable and responsible real estate professional. Beth responded promptly to my request providing a list of apartments in Gramercy. The last one I saw in The Gramercy House, met my requirements and then some. Once I decided that I wanted this unit, Beth oversaw the transaction from signing the contract through the lengthy process of the seller executing the contract, preparation of the approval package for the co-op, securing a mortgage loan and most importantly, moving all parties to set a date for the closing and then keep it. As a result, the closing went smoothly and amicably without any issues. I highly recommend Beth as a broker and a real estate professional based on her knowledge, professionalism, integrity and ability to close transactions in a timely manner.” - Nona E. E.“We wanted to thank you for finding us our dream apartment in a neighborhood we love. Due to your expertise and diligence, we found our new home within weeks. We can’t thank you enough for all the time you spent helping us complete the board package. You were available 24/7 during the process and your knowledge of dealing with co-op boards helped us to get approved easily. We highly recommend you to anyone looking for to buy or sell their apartment.” – Eileen and John M.Past Closings
