He is a top producer and a 30+ year residential real estate veteran. Mr. Savitsky has twice been honored with the “Brown Harris Stevens Broker Specialist of the Year Award.” He has had the distinction of being recognized by The Real Estate Board of New York, with the second place award in their Annual Residential Deal of the Year competition and he is a two time, BHS Broker Specialist of the Year honoree.
Mr. Savitsky helps buyers visualize the home they want and calmly navigate the condominium or cooperative buying process including the complex cooperative board approval process. He majored in psychology at the University of Massachusetts and earned an MBA in Marketing from Babson College in Wellesley, MA. He has a decade of advertising account management experience with top national clients. He is skilled in the creative marketing of exclusive listings.
As noted by The New York Times, Mr. Savitsky also specializes in Estate Properties. He has worked with the leading Trust, Wills and Estates attorneys in the country, managing the challenges of this market. Mr. Savitsky was recently recognized as one of Manhattan’s top twenty-five listing brokers by The Real Deal. To date, he has over $350,000,000 in transaction experience.
Jessica Savitsky, Mr. Savitsky’s oldest daughter, is a graduate of Syracuse University. In keeping with the family tradition, she is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Brown Harris Stevens working alongside her father. Nicole Savitsky, his younger daughter is a graduate of the University of Michigan. She is an Account Director at Day One Agency, handling Public Relations & Communications for consumer travel and hospitality brands. Mr. Savitsky is married to the theatrical producer Carol Cogan Savitsky, who is currently co-producing the revival of Funny Girl on Broadway.
Mr. Savitsky is a Trustee of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, a 30+ year Upper East Side resident and an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
