In addition to homeowners, Beth frequently represents foreign and local investors, guiding them from the purchase of their property through its rental and beyond. She has a knack for advising parents buying for children, and for honing in on creative solutions to prickly challenges.
Beth is a disarmingly shrewd negotiator and fierce advocate for her clients. Her true super power is taking the emotion out of transactions, and ensuring smooth, successful results. Her innate sense of design was enhanced by her art school education. A graduate of Bard College, with a B.A. in Painting, she went on to work in scenic design with director Robert Wilson, on numerous productions off-Broadway and at the Metropolitan Opera. This experience, combined with first-hand insight renovating her own lofts, produced a wealth of practical knowledge that continues to benefit her clients today.
Prior to real estate, Beth worked as a pastry chef at a four star restaurant. She later ran her own artisan bakery, taught baking, and consulted to restaurants and hotels across the country.
Beth was born in the Panama Canal Zone into a family of passionate New Yorkers. She moved to Tribeca on graduation day from college and has claimed it as her patch ever since. Beth enjoys seeking out art and culture in the City and abroad, and making wine in association with City Winery.
Beth is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, and is one of the 250 Certified New York Residential Specialists (NYRS) which comprises less than 2% of all licensed professionals in New York City.
