I worked at multiple agencies, including the Fire Department, and most recently as the Deputy Commissioner of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at the Department of Buildings. Over time, I developed unparalleled insights and knowledge that complement residential real estate sales and marketing.

I understand the complexities of property development, the intricacies of the regulatory framework and how this impacts New York City real estate as well as those who seek to buy or sell it.
