In short; super convenient location.
Aside from the full-time doorman and concierge who greet you every time, this building also offers a pool, fitness center, several roof decks, a Jacuzzi, locker rooms with sauna and steam are all on the top floor, and as this building is higher than most in this area, the views from here are worth the short elevator ride. Lower in the building are further conveniences like a bike room and laundry.
In short; a full-service building
The apartment itself is a South-facing one-bedroom with hardwood floors. The open kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated. The upgraded kitchen has a granite breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances dishwasher, and custom cabinets. The bedroom is easily large enough for king-sized bed (there currently is one,) and there is still room for a desk (also currently in place) and has custom California-style closets.
