The contemporary guest studio, newly built in 2019, has a wall of sliding glass doors, a kitchenette, a full bathroom, and living room w/ Murphy bed. The backyard is fully landscaped with plenty of room for entertaining, play, and relaxing. One indoor garage space is available with two adjacent outdoor parking spaces. The rest of the garage and loft is an art studio that will be locked. Artist will not be in residence. Utilities billed to the tenant for summer usage. No pets. Photos are of the exterior of the main house and exteriors and interiors of the guest cottage. Due to the renovation, which should be completed by April 15th, we do not have interior photos of the main house but coming soon. 3318 Franklin Avenue is located in the heart of the Village of Millbrook.
