Wall capping still needs to be completed, as well as finishing of party walls. 1329 Park Place chimney needs to be brought up to the level of the new roof. Front door will need to be installed and finished. ADA Chairlift will need to be installed All iron work needs to be done, i.e. stair guardrails, balcony and roof guardrails.
