As video continues to prevail as the most in-demand medium for marketing, we at Brown Harris Stevens love when our agents and executives embrace video content in new and creative ways.

A recent example is our firm's collaboration with RESET, an audiovisual production company that specializes in innovative digital storytelling for brands. As seen in the video above, BHS partnered with RESET and emerging Fashion Designer Ana Cano for a one-of-a-kind property walkthrough and fashion-film hybrid, Hilanderia.

In the film, you see a model donning clothing from Cano's new collection as she walks through Penthouse B at 111 Central Park North. Cano's work has been featured in prominent publications, including Vogue.

The film also showcases the layout and design of the chic penthouse, highlighting its sweeping park views.

This type of unique, editorial video storytelling is part of what RESET has become known for. Founded in 2021 by Mateo Martinez and Pablo Villalon, the company has garnered several high-profile clients, including Steve Madden and Mercedes Salazar. They have also produced award-winning documentary films, including Ink, which was shown at the 2022 Los Angeles International Short Film Festival.

"RESET finds compelling stories in the ordinary, and through our creative process, we see the extraordinary. We adapt cinema into a modernized environment, seeking the beauty of small stories that generate impact and emotions to showcase these to the right consumer." --- RESET founders Mateo Martinez and Pablo Villalon
