When working with a high-profile client, one should consider a few things:

- Prompt and concise responses
- Discretion, privacy, and security (e.g., names, information, financials, whereabouts, etc.)
What potential challenges can these types of transactions create that many might not be able to foresee?
A few unforeseen challenges that these types of transactions can potentially create are:
- The high-profile individual’s schedule (e.g., sport, movie, training, etc.)
- The movement of large sums of money (e.g., bank wire, international laws, etc.)
- Lack of organized paperwork, financials, etc., on the high-profile individual’s side
- Irradic and unstable choices/decisions on the high-profile individual’s side
What are some do’s and don’ts that come to mind when navigating celebrity transactions?
Some do’s and don’ts that come to mind when navigating a celebrity transactions are:
- Do protect and secure all shared information/paperwork/emails/etc
- Do keep all as professional as possible
- Do listen to and address all of their needs, concerns, and questions
- Do be honest
- Don’t namedrop
- Don’t ask for autographs or photographs
- Unless justified or warranted, don’t mention/reference anything to do with their public personae, performance, or reputation.
What advice would you give to someone looking to build themselves and their business up to the point where they can attract high-profile buyers and sellers?
The advice I’d give anyone looking to build them and their business up to the point of attracting high-profile buyers and sellers would be to network, attend relevant and related events, and a few other things that I’d prefer to keep to myself (lol).
Share a funny or unique story regarding a celebrity client (without naming them).
A funny story for me would be twice having a celebrity client that my girlfriend either grew up listening to and/or had a crush on.
