World-renowned Restaurateur Will Guidara has overseen some of New York City's most successful and celebrated restaurants. Guidara—who previously sat down with Brown Harris Stevens CEO Bess Freedman for an insightful interview—recently sold his penthouse apartment in Chelsea, which he shared with his wife, Milk Bar CEO Cristina Tosi. Both have had an indelible impact on the world of culinary arts.

Guidara and Tosi purchased a two-bedroom, two-bath co-op penthouse in 2016. They listed the home earlier in the year with BHS Broker Mike Lubin due to their growing family. The penthouse is part of a historic former button factory built in 1909. It seamlessly integrates original design elements with contemporary upgrades.

Accessed via private elevator, the home's design showcases original, refurbished white oak flooring, exposed brick, cement columns, and 13' ceilings.

It also offers over 1,600 square feet of private outdoor space, perfect for hosting gatherings, sunbathing during the warmer months, or gazing at the city skyline 24/7.
