Enjoy part one of this insightful and entertaining series below, featuring: Sabra Kirkpatrick from West Palm Beach & Ari Harkov of SoHo's Harkov Lewis Team

Infinity Pool in Palm Beach or Outdoor Terrace with city views?

Ari: Not sure how to compare these two!  Very different value propositions, but obviously have to vote for the terrace with city views as a NYC broker.

Sabra: Infinity pool (or any pool for that matter!)

Indoor Basketball Court or Outdoor Tennis Court?

Ari: I don’t think an outdoor tennis court is an option in NYC so will vote for indoor basketball court.

Sabra: This one is hard! I'm going with both. Indoor A/C basketball court and a private outdoor tennis court.

Elevator or Grand Staircase?

Ari: Elevator – much more functional.

Sabra: Elevator. Better for resale!

Media room with tiered seating or grand ballroom?

Ari: Media room – will get more use on a daily basis.

Sabra: Media room, no question. Grand ballrooms are not cohesive with the South Florida sun. Plus, I can't imagine having to air condition them 24/7/365!

Private beach access or Central Park views?

Ari: Central park views are iconic and known across the world but a private beach is pretty nice…

Sabra: No question here! Private beach access is the unicorn we all dream of. Being able to discreetly walk to the beach from my home and jump in the ocean all by myself? YES PLEASE!

Gated Entry or Doorman Building?

Ari: Doorman building.  A gate can’t pick up your luggage or help you in and out of a car.

Sabra: Gated! Most gated communities come with extras like private golf memberships, tennis facilities, and fabulous dining.
