Vivian Dimond has more than 30 years of experience in real estate marketing and sales, construction, property management, and residential and commercial financing and development. Vivian earned a real estate license in 1984 and has never looked back. She undertook her first project, The Fountains in South Miami, a 14-unit condominium development in the heart of town, and soon after parlayed that triumph into a remarkable career that has seen her establish myriad companies. In 2002, along with a select group of the industry’s most accomplished real estate professionals, Vivian created Avatar Real Estate Services.
