Sharon Daley is the Executive Sales Director of Brown Harris Stevens in New Canaan, Connecticut. An experienced real estate professional, Sharon has been in the business since May of 1974, most recently for 14 years as the Broker of Record and Designated Realtor for Country Living Associates.
Sharon has earned a number of credentials that clearly label her as an exceptionally knowledgeable real estate professional. She is one of very few managers in the entire USA to hold a Certified Residential Brokerage (CRB) Designation. Established in 1968, the CRB is awarded only to managers who have met stringent experience and educational course work prerequisites. It takes more than five years and 200 hours of education to earn the prestigious CRB. The Designation recognizes individuals who have achieved the highest level of knowledge in real estate brokerage management and marketing. They possess the expertise needed to maintain an organized, smooth-running brokerage that handles all client transactions with care.
In addition, Sharon has earned an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) Designation. As an ASP, her goal is to serve her clients creatively in the best way possible and at the most reasonable cost. ASPs follow a professional code of ethics and have set policies as standards of excellence to follow as they serve their clients. Not only does Sharon have the CRB and ASP designations, but she has also completed the 36 hour course on Appraisal for real estate in Connecticut.
Sharon's experience and knowledge is recognized by her peers in the real estate profession and she has served on the Grievance Committee and Finance Committee for the New Canaan Board of Realtors. Presently, she is on the Professional Standards Committee for the New Canaan Board of Realtors.
