Kyle W. Blackmon has the distinction of being one of the most accomplished and successful brokers in the Manhattan residential real estate industry. In 2007, he represented the purchasers in the historic $42.4M sale of the Penthouse at 15 Central Park West, for which he was honored for the Biggest Condo Development Deal of the Year by his firm. In 2004, he was awarded the "Most Promising Salesperson of the Year" award by the Real Estate Board of New York.

Since 2003, Kyle has sold in excess of $500M. He has handled transactions for a diverse client base, which includes major corporations, Forbes 400 families, and hedge fund managers. Kyle works extensively with international clients through the firm’s Christie’s International Real Estate network, which encompasses 850 affiliate offices in more than 40 countries, as well as his own international travel. He is intensely committed to serving his clients, and does so with integrity, discretion and careful research. He currently represents families in more than 15 countries that call on him as a senior advisor for their real estate needs in Manhattan.

Modeling his business on a full-service private bank, Kyle supports his clients with a team of bankers, tax specialists, attorneys, interior designers, and contractors. He also employs a full time staff to ensure that his clients enjoy the highest level of service and attention. Mr. Blackmon and his associate, Lauren Bankart, continually strive to develop ways to identify and meet their client’s needs from the beginning of their apartment search to settling into their new home. He has also proved adept at identifying investment properties for clients and finding qualified tenants for their newly purchased assets.

As a consummate professional, Kyle represents both sellers and buyers and has participated in the sale of some of the finest properties in New York City. He has brokered record breaking sales in many of New York's most prestigious buildings including 15 Central Park West, Time Warner Center, The Park Imperial, Met Tower, 10 Gracie Square, The Pierre, 285 Lafayette Street, 1107 Fifth Avenue, 150 Central Park South, and 1060 Fifth Avenue, where he recently sold an apartment for $15M. He has also been instrumental in the sale of several very important townhouses on the Upper East Side and West Village.

Kyle was raised in Charlottesville, Virginia. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Management from the University of South Carolina. He is a patron of the Asia Society, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, The Parkinson’s Disease Foundation, Carnegie Hall, and The University of Virginia’s Curry School of Education. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and is frequently called upon to offer insights on the luxury market and to mentor industry professionals.
